Event Policies (Snapshot)
- F&B Minimums: $800 lunch • $1,800 weeknights • Unavailable Friday/Saturday evenings • $800 Monday (all day)
- Deposit: 10% of estimate required to reserve date
- Final Count: Due 5 days prior
- Taxes & Fees: 9% IN sales tax • 20% gratuity
- Time Block: 2–3 hours standard • +$100/hr to extend
